Original Barbecue Sauce - Inferno

14.00 Ounces

Product Description

Original Barbecue Sauce: Unlike most Barbecue Sauces that just simply adds a tomato based product (sometimes just ketchup) and bunch of dried ingredients together all at once to a large cooker then adds water, warm it up and mixes then bottle it; for our award winning Barbecue Sauces from the moment the pureed fresh vegetables go into the steam kettle and the first set of spices are added to the time when the bottling procedure begins, Dante’s Devine Barbecue Sauce goes through a 3 phase, 60 hour cooking process. The richness of using pureed fresh vegetables as its base makes an unquantifiable difference. Adding different ingredients at different times gives each ingredient the ability to fully blossom and impart its unique qualities.

You might ask yourself, “Who does all this for a barbecue sauce?” but once you taste our sauce on your meat coming off the grill or out of the oven, once you see how all conversation stop as all take their first bite and just linger in the sumptuous pleasure of what you just presented them, you will both understand why we do and you will appreciate our efforts. We take as much pride in serving you as you do in serving your guests.

At Dante's Devine Gourmet Foods we also consider time an ingredient...

Inferno - This is a journey through the pleasures of heat. Inferno is our hottest level and my personal favorite. Inferno is flavorful but definitely not for those with sensitive systems. But for those of us who like the temperature turned up, this is the level of choice. Taste is not sacrificed for just pure heat though. This level is not made to just simply burn your taste buds out. You will still be overwhelmed with the rich texture and abundance of flavor as the heat settles in.
