 Just as in Dante’s epic poem, we have broken our journey into three canticas (or levels): Paradise, Purgatory and Inferno. All are unique and distinctive.  

For us, mild does not mean bland. Paradise is our mild level but it is all flavor! From the beginning when the sweetness flows over you then moving into a symphony of taste with a lingering flavor, it is all about the mellow pleasures from the beginning to the … next bite.

For those who like spice but do not want hot, Purgatory is for you. It is a zesty level full of flavor and a medium amount of heat. Not to hot and not to mild. Full bodied without scorching the pallet. Purgatory is a balance of tastes and a haunting of spice.

This is a journey through the pleasures of heat. Inferno is our hottest level and my personal favorite. Inferno is flavorful but definitely not for those with sensitive systems. But for those of us who like the temperature turned up, this is the level of choice. Taste is not sacrificed for just pure heat though. This level is not made to just simply burn your taste buds out. You will still be overwhelmed with the rich texture and abundance of flavor as the heat settles in.
